Pro Program Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIP

The Pro Program is open to approved professionals in North America who actively work with dogs. We may ask you to verify your professional status, and approval is at our sole discretion. Membership lasts one year from approval, may be reviewed at renewal, and can't be shared or transferred.

PRO PRICING

Pro pricing applies to eligible products bought directly from rcpets.com while logged into your Pro account. Pricing may vary by membership category, and some products may be excluded. Pro pricing can't be combined with other discounts, codes, sales, or promotions. Please keep your pricing confidential and don't share or advertise it publicly.​

APPROPRIATE USE

Pro purchases are for your own professional use within your business or organization. They may not be resold, bought for people outside your organization, or used for group distribution or fundraising. Orders must ship to an address connected to your business, and drop shipping isn't permitted. If you're interested in resale or client sales, contact us about our partnership options.​

    TRAINING STANDARDS

    We're committed to the humane treatment of dogs. Members must use reward-based methods and must not use, recommend, sell, or promote prong or pinch collars, electronic or remote collars, choke chains, or any tool or method meant to cause pain, fear, or intimidation. Our limited-slip martingales are designed to prevent escape and must not be used for corrections.

    PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

    Treat dogs, clients, and other professionals with respect, both online and offline, and represent your qualifications honestly. These standards apply for your whole membership, and we may review your public content and practices at any time.​

      USING THE RC PETS NAME

      You may call yourself an "RC Pets Pro Member," display our official Pro badge without changing it, and share your honest experience with our products.

      You may not:

      • describe yourself as "certified," "endorsed," "sponsored," "official," or a"partner" of RC Pets
      • use our logo or brand assets, other than the Pro badge, including in business names, handles, or ads
      • speak on behalf of RC Pets
      • show our products alongside the tools listed in Section 4

      When you post about or recommend our products, disclose your membership (for example, #RCPetsPro), as advertising laws in Canada and the US require.

      INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP

      You're an independent professional, not an RC Pets employee, agent, or partner. We don't supervise, verify, or guarantee your services, and we're not responsible for the services you provide to clients.

      YOUR CONTENT

      When you tag us, use #RCPetsPro, or send us photos, videos, reviews, or feedback, you allow us to repost and feature that content. We'll credit you where practical and ask your permission before using your name or likeness in paid ads. Featuring is at our discretion and isn't a guaranteed benefit.

        ENDING MEMBERSHIP

        We may suspend or end your membership at any time, without notice or explanation, if you break these terms or act in a way that could harm dogs, our community, or the RC Pets brand. When membership ends, your Pro pricing stops right away, and you must remove the Pro badge and stop using the Pro Member title within 14 days.

        PROGRAM CHANGES

        We may change program benefits, pricing, eligibility, product availability, or these terms at any time, and will give reasonable notice where practical.

        RELATIONSHIP TO WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

        These Pro Program Terms & Conditions supplement the RC Pets Website Terms & Conditions. All provisions contained within the RC Pets Website Terms & Conditions remain applicable unless expressly stated otherwise in these Pro Program Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the RC Pets Website Terms & Conditions and these Pro Program Terms & Conditions, these Pro Program Terms & Conditions shall govern matters related specifically to the Pro Program.
