Return Policy

We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase from RC Pets! However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online. RC Pets items that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding flat rate shipping cost of $8.00. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your merchandise for your refund to be processed.

Once you submit your request you will be provided with a UPS shipping label to fix to your package and drop at a UPS Access Point. In Canada, you can also select Canada Post and drop off at a Canada Post depot.

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product has been tried on and contains pet hair, all hair must be removed from the product to avoid a cleaning fee. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of RC Pets. Products must be returned with packaging intact. RC Pets reserves the right to charge a $5 handling fee if the product is not in its original condition.
Important notice: The original shipping cost will not be refunded in case of a return.

Certain sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your product has a manufacturers defect, please click here to submit a claim. Once you complete the questionnaire we will provide you with an authorization number and detailed instructions on how to get the product back to us.
