Pro Program Terms & Conditions

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The RC Pets Pro Program ("Program") is designed to support qualifiedprofessionals who work with dogs through access to preferred pricing and otherexclusive program benefits.

Participation in the Program is a privilege extended by RC Pets and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Membership is available to approved professionals based in North America, actively working with dogs.

Applicants may be asked to provide information verifying their professional status, including but not limited to business information, certifications, professional affiliations, or online presence.

Approval into the Program is at the sole discretion of RC Pets.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval.

RC Pets may request updated information at renewal to confirm continued eligibility.

Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared.

PROFESSIONAL PRICING

Approved members receive access to professional pricing on eligible products purchased directly through RC Pets.

Preferred pricing:

  • Applies only to approved members
  • May vary by membership category
  • Is subject to change without notice
  • Applies only to eligible products

Certain products or collections may be excluded from the Program.

APPROPRIATE USE

Products purchased through the Program are intended for the member's own professional use within their business or organization.

Program purchases may not be:

  • Resold
  • Purchased on behalf of individuals outside your organization
  • Purchased for group distribution or fundraising
  • Used for commercial resale through retail or online marketplaces

*Members interested in resale opportunities, client sales, or other commercial partnerships are encouraged to contact RC Pets to discuss available programs.

    COMMUNITY STANDARDS

    RC Pets reserves the right to revoke membership from individuals whose conduct, whether online or offline, is inconsistent with the values of RC Pets or could reasonably be expected to negatively impact the RC Pets brand or community.

    ORDERING

    Orders must be placed through the approved Pro account.

    Orders should be shipped to an address associated with the member's business or professional organization.

    Drop shipping and third-party fulfillment are not permitted.

    PROMOTIONS

    Preferred pricing may not be combined with:

    • Promotional discounts
    • Coupon codes
    • Sitewide sales
    • Free gift promotions
    • Other promotional offers
    CONFIDENTIALITY

    Program pricing is provided exclusively to approved members.

    Members agree not to publicly share or advertise Program pricing or other confidential Program benefits.

    PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

    Product availability is subject to inventory.

    RC Pets reserves the right to limit quantities, restrict eligible products, or discontinue products from the Program at any time.

    PRODUCT CHANGES

    RC Pets reserves the right to modify: Program benefits, pricing, eligibility, requirements, membership categories, these Terms & Conditions. At any time.

    Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.

    SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

    RC Pets reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without notice where these Terms have been violated, including but not limited to:

    • Unauthorized resale
    • Misuse of preferred pricing
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Sharing Program pricing publicly
    • Any activity determined to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Program

    Termination of membership immediately revokes access to Program benefits.

    RELATIONSHIP TO WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

    These Pro Program Terms & Conditions supplement the RC Pets Website Terms & Conditions. All provisions contained within the RC Pets Website Terms & Conditions remain applicable unless expressly stated otherwise in these Pro Program Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the RC Pets Website Terms & Conditions and these Pro Program Terms & Conditions, these Pro Program Terms & Conditions shall govern matters related specifically to the Pro Program.

    PRIVACY

    Information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with the RC Pets Privacy Policy.
