RC Pets encourages our customers to prolong the lifespan of their products by following our product care instructions. How to make a product claim
To submit a claim, please complete the questionnaire (linked here) and we will provide you with an authorization number and detailed instructions on how to get the product back to us.
How long will it take to get a replacement? Our goal is to process all quality promise claims within 4 Days. To ensure your quality promise is shipped promptly please ensure you are completing the form in full, including all relevant details required. Omissions on the form will result in delays. Once the form is processed your replacement product will be shipped with standard shipping.
Due to the discontinuation of a particular product or colour, identical replacements may not always be available. In those rare cases, we will replace them with the closest matching product and/or colour.
