- Stand your dog on top of a hard surface
- Use a soft measuring tape to measure your dog's girth (the widest circumference around your dog’s chest)
- Select the harness size from the chart above that best matches your dog's girth measurement
- If the measurement falls between two sizes, it's recommended to opt for the larger harness size to ensure your pet's comfort.
- Ensure lightbox is securely attached to harness back webbing using the wide mouth clip located on the back of the lightbox.
- Slide all four (4) light wand extensions into the wand casings of the harness. Important: Not all light wand extensions are the same length. To avoid damaging the want casings, refer to diagram.
- Open the buckle closures of the harness.
- Use the sliders to loosen the default settings on the neck, girth and chest straps.
- Put your dog's right front paw through the leg opening of the harness.
- Wrap harness around your dog’s back, closing the buckles on left side.
- Adjust the sliders so the harness fits snug but allows for 1-2 fingers of room between the straps and your dog’s body.
HOW TO USE
- Press bottom button once to turn on.
- Single press to switch between colours and light modes.
- To turn off, press and hold for 2 seconds.
HOW TO CARE
- The product contains a rechargeable lithium battery. Do not remove it from the product.
- Use the micro-USB cable provided to charge the light device (power adapter not included).
- Check the charging cable before use. Using damaged cables or chargers or charging when moisture is present can cause fires, electric shock, injury, death, or damage to property.
- Make sure the charging cable is fully inserted into the power adapter when charging.
- Do not allow pets to wear this product while charging.
- Red light flashes during charging. Green light indicates a full charge. Note that a full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
- Charge product in a ventilated area at temperature between 50 F and 90 F (10 C and 32 C).
- The USB charging cord supplied with this product is standard with 5 V dc voltage and a current of .5 A or 500 mA.
LIGHT COMPONENT CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS
- To clean this product, remove the light component from the harness and use a damp cloth to clean it.
- Do not submerge the light component in water.
- Store product where ambient temperatures are within -4 F to 95 F (-20 C to 35 C)
HARNESS CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Harness component can be machine washed on gentle cycle. Ensure buckles are fastened before placing in the washer.
RECYCLING INSTRUCTIONS
- Light component can be recycled at an electronic recycling centre at the end of product's life.
