  • Position your dog on a firm, flat surface.
  • Gently place your dog's paw on a piece of paper, ensuring it lies flat.
  • Using a pen or pencil, draw a line along the widest part of the paw (refer to the dotted line in the diagram for guidance). Accurate paw measurement ensures a comfortable fit.
  • Measure the distance between the lines you drew, either in inches or centimeters.
  • Select a size from the chart above.

Important:

  • For the best fit, trim your dog's nails before putting on the boots.
  • Note that dogs may prance when first wearing this product; this is normal. We recommend distracting your dog with their favorite toy or treat until they become accustomed to their new boots.

1. Loosen and open the straps before placing the boot onto your dog’s foot. Lift paw and slide boot onto the dog’s foot.
2. Gently widen the top of the boot, inserting the paw carefully. Tuck in any excess fur to ensure none will be snagged by the boot. Fasten the top strap and hook and loop closure snugly.
3. Have your dog put all its weight on the boot. Once the paw is completely in the boot, gently press on the front of the boot to feel for any clearance between your dog’s toes and the boot. The boots should fit snug but not tight.

    A Good Boot

Posted by Sarah on 11th Jan 2024

Purchased these boots from a local pet shop, and I have no regrets. While I cannot say anything about the durability as I haven't owned them for long, the construction of the boots are solid. I like how 4 boots are included with 2 boots being a size large for front paws. The length of the boot covers the dew claw and has not irritated my dog. They stay secure in deep snow and keep his paw dry. The sole is a good thickness to provide protection on cold ground and rocky terrain. Cost wise, I would say this competes directly against RuffWear's GripTex. Coming in a few dollars cheaper. I wish I saw these boots in more stores so people could see how good they are. I can't wait to try them in the summer.
